Safe spaces, counselling pathways, mentoring, and practical social support that help men and boys process challenges in healthy ways.
M.E.N.S creates trusted safe spaces for men and boys to emotionally offload, access guidance, and build healthier lives, families, and communities.
M.E.N.S (Men Empowerment Network Support) is a registered charity in Barbados representing more than 250 men committed to addressing issues affecting men and boys while driving empowerment across communities.
We create essential safe spaces for men and boys to emotionally “offload” and confront the social, psychological, and emotional issues that affect their well-being. Our work is grounded in research and built to respond to an evolving psychosocial landscape.
We empower men at the individual, group, and policy levels through practical programmes, mentorship, psychosocial support, and community engagement.
